Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to all. Just finished wrapping the wife's Christmas present. I took the advice of the Sunday Tasmanian and used the latest Telstra white pages, crossed out the names of the people we don't know and gave it to her as an address book. Value for money!

Possibly a third miracle

Thanks to (the soon to be) Saint Mary MacKillop, one of my many wishes came true and I was fortunate enough to receive the Human Nature box set as an early Christmas present.

I am sure even the pope would be impressed by this.

Close call, but managed to save $1.50

Many thanks to Australia Post for agreeing to deliver envelopes without postage stamps.

With seconds to spare as I sprinted down the footpath, I managed to intercept Mrs Whitey just before she posted three Christmas cards to her friends. After a brief discussion I took the envelopes home and steamed off the three 50 cent stamps. They still should be fine for next year.
