Frugal friday - ham sandwiches
A great idea to take to work. Make an extra one and sell it to a work colleague for $3.00.

- bread (preferably day old bread that is cheaper)
- spam (yes, it is still around)
- use a sharp knife to slice spam as thin as possible
- put spam between bread
- put sandwich in recycled plastic bag.

Whitey, I'm surprised at you! You know such sandwiches can sell for $6.50 if you just add a bit of wilted old lettuce! (The lettuce can be scavanged from the skip bin behind any supermarket).

Ah, Mr Whitey, fortunately I am able to offer exchange business as we are very short of the sharp knife that you mention.
I will trade sharp knives for Spam, as made with special recipe from my grandmother and contains traces of real meat for extra enjoyment and flavour of the wood shavings.
I propose for 3 knives give one spam size of forearm.
Please reply with details of bank account to deposit aforementioned.
