Radar encore
Due to what could be considered overwhelming popular demand, here is another photo of Radar from his recent spread in The Mercury.
I could be wrong, but I think that is Laurel and Hardy sitting on his lap.
They must be an inspiration.

Oh my goodness...that picture creeps me out!
To bring things into a bit of context, I've managed to find the text of Radar's Mercury biography in full. You'll find it at www.plimpton.org . Once again, Whitey, thanks for giving the Radar story the worldwide attention it deserves.
Euroblather,
What a great job, recording this article for posterity. Fans of Radar throughout the world will thank you.
And, believe me, there's quite a few. I was down the shop in London on Saturday, getting a pint of milk, when I ran into Elton John.
When I told him that I was from Hobart, he did ask me how his old mucker Radar was getting on. I referred him to your site.
"Ah, Radar, always liked his taste in glasses. And Panama hats. I still ask him for advice.", Elton said as he topped up his bus pass. "Elton, stop whittering and just pay the bloke will you?" I said. I did have a cup of tea going cold back at home. And who wants to waste the power on heating up some more water? Not to mention another teabag. Whitey, I'm sure you concur.
