Flower sellers at restaurants
Are there still flower sellers at restaurants?
I have never seen one at Fitzies Cafe or China Diner (maybe they were threatened with a knife), but I am thinking of taking the wife out for a special Valentines Day lunch - never do it on the actual day, the restaurants always charge extra.
So am I safe going to lunch without shelling out an extra $1 for flowers?

Drop by the cemetery on your way to lunch with Mrs White; nick a few plastic flowers; take them to China Diner with you; then when the flower seller comes to your table, ask for a swap for your plastic ones claiming she was at your table a minute ago, sold you those shitty plastic ones and you feel majorly ripped off.
I think it's more like $5 these days, but what would I know? Mr. Lonie never bought me any either.
