Whoa oh oh

We have
The chance to turn pages over
We can write what we want to write
We gotta make ends meet before we get much older
We're all someone's daughter
We're all someone's son
How long can we look at each other
Down the barrel of a gun?

You're the voice try and understand it
Make a noise and make it clear
Whoa oh oh
We're not gonna live in silence
We're not gonna live in fear
Whoa oh oh

This time
We know we all can stand together
We have the power to be powerful
Believing we can make it better
We're all someone's daughter
We're all someone's son
How long can we look at each other
Down the barrel of a gun?

You're the voice try and understand it
Make a noise and make it clear
Whoa oh oh
We're not gonna live in silence
We're not gonna live in fear
Whoa oh oh

Whitey,

Is that a new Billy Joel tune. I don't think I know it.

The words of Billy Joel will never grace my blog pages.

I have high standards to uphold.

I feel the use of whitey and nigger are racially offensive and just a recipe for conflict (see above). Perhaps Mr Whitey could change his name to Caucasian, or even Caucasiany to fit the Australian venacular?

Use of copyright lyrics attracts a 5 cent charge per page load. As I have had my legal secretary hitting reload over and over since this post went up you owe us $45 000 000. We will take a bank cheque but no personal cheques please.
