Is this an attempt for LL's to go upmarket - if so how will the prices be affected
Are you a moonlighting designer for LL (logo), Whitey? I can fully understand why, given your frugal ethos plus having a wife and 3 kids freeloading.
I believe that LL are having a RM Williams boot sale where you get a discount for exchanging old boots. Whitey has a pair that have been handed down from himself to his 3 children and considering the price of cardboard used for cut-out souls, maybe a deal could be done?
that logo is SO RETRO
Anyway, I've always thought it was a French company, in the plural - les lees.
I might try printing this page and taking it into Les Lees.
Maybe they will give me a free pair of boots for myself or one of my freeloaders.
