I think that's just a grammatical error - it looks like the well known Dutch agronomist Pers Onsnam Ehere
Nah - I reckon it's well known Scandanavian/New Zealand adventurer Per Sonsna Mehere who failed in his recent attempt to scale Mt Ossa!
