Ten years ago

Can you remember what you were doing on this day ten years ago? It was a day to remember.

Checking back on my receipts for that day I purchased a shirt and tie from Les Lees for $24.99. Fortunately these items are much cheaper now and I rarely pay more than $9.99 for both.

A tragic day.

I assume the shirt and tie you refer to are the ones in your photo - if so you were ripped off big time.

It's this sort of money focussed, me-me-me, right wing, capitalistic obsession with cheapitude that has led to billions of chinese being chained in pools of their own excrement churning out $9.99 shirts for the likes of you.

Fortunately they have to soak their garments in formaldahyde to kill all the lice so you'll be punished for your self-centred ways by getting a horrible skin condition and having all your hair fall out...

What's left of it anyway.

Shame Whitey, shame.

On the up side you should get some good draft picks this year thanks to that hopeless bunch of plods you support.

Les Lees, I wish.

Now you've brought in that bloody Ambulane Levy I can't even get into town for free anymore, How'm I supposed to go shopping.

Pull your finger out Whitey and get this situation fixed pronto, or at least get them to open a store in Pirie St.

I was on an Island doing a conservation project with my then not as yet wife. There was no power or electricity. So when I returned to the mainland, I could not understand why people where crying. Thats my Dianna story.
PS. The day I bought the engagement ring (9/11). We were engaged at the Crinnon Palace Paris, 1 month later. Thought I'd share this extravagance with you.

Let's be frank, Whitey would have no idea who my mate John G is anyway, so to suggests he'd be posting as the Gallster is farcical.

I will only say this once, without repeating myself or in any way articulating the same concept ad nauseum, I AM ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGED at the suggestion that I am fictional person or in any way not of my own progenation. IT’S DISGRACEEFUL that Whitey allows such foul ideas to besmirch his site. Of course I’m myself, who else would I be? Answer me that Mr Not Whitey!! And while you're at it why don't you show some balls (scuse my French) and use your real name!!!!

May I simply acknowledge the stirling effort by loonie polony and cartman to get this thread back on topic - outstanding discipline and a credit to the youth of today.
